I can’t speak highly enough about Chris O’Leary. Buying your first home is a learning experience but buying your first home during a Global Pandemic calls for a highly skilled real estate agent who is dynamic, adaptable, knowledgeable, kind, and enthusiastic. Chris O’Leary was all of these things and more. He has been tremendously helpful in supporting me carry out the vision of owning my first home. Chris is professional, personable, and offers the highest quality home buying advice there is, but more than that, he is passionate about what he does and wants the client to be happy and confident in their choice of home. Not only is Chris an expert at what he does, he also has a list of excellent contacts for whatever you might need to make the transition into your new home flawless (i.e. a plumber, contractor, lawyer, etc.). Everyone we worked with from Chris’ team had a vested interest in the wellbeing of our home and my family. Chris proves himself to be a remarkable real estate agent over the years as he was able to help my parents sell their home and buy their dream home 8 years ago, and was able to do the same for me in 2020. Chris continues to check in on us several months after moving into our home. In the past 3 years we have dealt with Chris in the sale of 2 properties and the purchase of 3. Throughout these transactions, Chris was professional, knowledgeable and super helpful! Selling properties can be pretty stressful however during the process, he helped us stay focused and gave us some great advice on the things we needed to do to expedite the sales. During our purchases, Chris never gave up looking for the little details that were important to us. We looked at numerous homes on the East Coast and he never lost his positive, upbeat and determined attitude. Chris made our first home purchase a delightful experience. He was available whenever we needed him to help answer our questions and concerns. He is a sincere guy who paid attention to what we were looking for and did not recommend houses that we may not like or was outside our price range. Even after one sale falling through, Chris always kept our spirits up and was confident that he would find the right house for us and he did. There is not one single quality that I could imagine wanting in a real estate agent that Chris doesn’t possess. We will definitely be using him for any future real estate purchases or sales.
