Wondering what's ahead for the St John's market?

Wondering what's ahead in the real estate market in Newfoundland? All indications point toward another brisk market this coming fall in the St John's and surrounding area.  Inventory levels are still very low and demand is high making for another sellers market. These past few months things have taken a breath but once vacations are over and everyone resumes their normal work schedule the rush will be on to get into a home before the holidays.
